We take immense pleasure in offering our heritage hotels Grande Residencia at Fort Cochin, Kerala, India. The Hotel is operational from Dec 15, 2007.

This prestigious Hotel is located 50mts from the beach walkway on princess street. Built in 1868 by S. Koder, a traditional Jewish businessman whose family has since migrated to Israel, the building housed separate commercial and residential wings with a central garden.

This building constructed in Portuguese style has been enhanced to provide comfortable stay to guests.
