Riviera Suites sits pretty on four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, washed clean by the cool waters of the Vembanadu Lake. A Venture of the Synthite Group of Companies, this is an all-suite, centrally air-conditioned apartment hotel situated on the Thevera Waterfront, a two Kilometers drive from MG Road, Cochin's shopping and business hub.

The hotel is also the closest one to the International convention centre. In India the concept of apartment hotels is very new. Riviera Suites is the second of its kind in India. While the conventional hotels rent out rooms and cottages; here, we sell apartments on a daily or monthly basis and function with all the services and facilities of a deluxe hotel.
